A trusted and respected Real Estate Agency, serving the Hunter for 40 years.

The time had come for a passing of the baton from father to sons. Having served the Hunter for almost 40 years, Noel McFarlane was ready to formally pass the running of Noel McFarlane Real Estate for his two sons to reposition for a bright future, rebranding as McFarlane Real Estate.

The aim of this branding project was to honour the past, while building for the future. We were careful to not throw away the trust and respect built over years.

The result is a stately brand that communicates a fatherly image. The custom typeface in the logo is clean and strong, displaying experience and knowledge, partnered with the deep blue, gold and white colour palette to solidify McFarlane Real Estate as the most trustworthy agency in the region
