Open Doors Australia & NZ is a Not-For-Profit providing humanitarian support to victims of religious persecution globally. The organisations website, which is the primary destination for communication, engagement and donation processing, was not adequate, regularly failing and requiring extensive amounts of time and resource to manage and maintain.
This multi-site project integrated a number of systems across ecommerce, CRM and communication platforms, all while delivering a fresh expression of the Open Doors brand to users. The project ran alongside a payment system change, requiring our team to work closely with both the marketing and financial departments as well as the third party system providers to ensure accurate system integration and security.
